HERE TO HELP: Disinfecting SOlutions to help protect your facilities and its occupanTS
As Minnesota continues to cope with Covid 19 there are many questions: when should we reopen? How? Should we test building entrants? Should we require masks? Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Minnesota is here to help. Providing a safe and healthy environment at your facility is our number one priority.
When the Pandemic started, Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Minnesota knew that business as usual would change in the coming months and years. We also knew that our customers would count on us to determine how to keep occupants safe, how to modify the facility itself and which cleaning and disinfecting protocols are best for each environment. With electrostatic sprayers and touch point disinfecting, we provide a variety of options. As commercial offices and schools start to prepare for reopening we are providing a Building Preparedness Plan for general offices and one specifically for schools. Both of these plans give guidance at a very practical level. With over 400 facilities, including 24 private schools, we know how to help you get up and running safely.
In addition, we built up training, infrastructure and expertise to service all type of facilities through our Enhanced Facility Disinfection program.

How do you calculate janitorial service pricing?
Rates are carefully calculated by consultants who have years of industry experience and keep a firm grasp on competitors’ pricing and the realities of commercial cleaning. We know every dollar matters!
Our calculations are based on a matrix of production speeds, hourly rates, and price per square foot. We also look at what needs to be cleaned and how often. For instance, a large break room in a manufacturing plant is not cleaned at the same rate—in terms of number of hours and frequency—as a small break room in a commercial office. Your facility and unique scheduling needs determine a unique scope of work that fits your facility—and pricing reflects that.
How long will you honor my price quote?
Sometimes clients aren’t quite ready to move forward and that’s okay. The quote-building process can be a great learning experience for all involved! Quotes are good for one year, so just let us know when you’re ready to talk about next steps to becoming a Vanguard Cleaning customer.
How Soon can a Cleaning team start at my facility?
Most teams are up and running within one week of the client signing an agreement, and some within 24 hours! Larger facilities may require a few days or weeks of lead time, depending on the number of personnel and equipment required.
