Rates are carefully calculated by consultants who have years of industry experience and keep a firm grasp on competitors’ pricing and the realities of commercial cleaning. We know every dollar matters!

Our calculations are based on a matrix of production speeds, hourly rates, and price per square foot. We also look at what needs to be cleaned and how often. For instance, a large break room in a manufacturing plant is not cleaned at the same rate—in terms of number of hours and frequency—as a small break room in a commercial office. Your facility and unique scheduling needs determine a unique scope of work that fits your facility—and pricing reflects that.

Sometimes clients aren’t quite ready to move forward and that’s okay. The quote-building process can be a great learning experience for all involved! Quotes are good for one year, so just let us know when you’re ready to talk about next steps to becoming a Vanguard Cleaning customer.

Most teams are up and running within one week of the client signing an agreement, and some within 24 hours! Larger facilities may require a few days or weeks of lead time, depending on the number of personnel and equipment required.
